Six Steps to Your Rexbridge Home.
Buying property in Kenya is a straightforward process when guided by the right team. Here is the Rexbridge Group purchase journey from first enquiry to title deed.
Step 1: Register Your Interest
Fill in our online form or contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. Our sales team will make first contact within 24 hours to understand your requirements and share current availability and pricing.
Step 2: Choose Your Unit
Review floor plans, views, and floor levels. Our team will advise on best availability and investment merit per unit. A refundable holding deposit secures your preferred unit for 7 days while you review.
Step 3: Sign the Sale Agreement
A formal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared by our legal team. Review with your own independent lawyer (we can recommend). SPA can be signed in person or digitally. 10% booking fee payable on signing.
Step 4: Structured Payments
Follow the agreed payment schedule tied to construction milestones. All funds are receipted and acknowledged in writing. Construction progress is shared at each stage.
Step 5: Snagging & Handover
On practical completion, you are invited for a snagging inspection. Any items are rectified. Final payment released on satisfaction. Keys and property handed over.
Step 6: Title Deed Transfer
Our legal team facilitates the transfer of title at the lands registry. You receive your individual freehold title deed. Your Rexbridge home is officially yours.
